This set comes with a superb carry case. I don’t usually get caught up in the quality of the carry case, as long as it works. Dremel isn’t usually known for their cases, but this one is well-designed. It is sturdy, holding the unit, accessories, batteries, and charger. There is a place for everything and still some room for more. There is even a place for the manual. Speaking of the manual this is an excellent manual especially for the beginner. There is a variety of problem solving techniques, and a number of craft ideas, which accessory to use, and how to use it.
All in all, this is a great little tool. Small, light weight and comfortable to use, there is a lot of speed, power, and torque in this little unit. This is great tool to have around the house, for little woodworking clean-up, small projects, and clean-up of old furniture. If you spend hours per day with a rotary tool, you will need to stick with the corded tool, but even then it nice to have this tool available.
